New Phone System
We now have a central receptionist who is located at the Baltimore Campus Agency Headquarters. If you are dialing any of our campuses, the call will go to central reception. You will either get the receptionist in person or the auto attendant when you call. If you reach the receptionist, you will be connected to your party as requested. If you reach the auto attendant, you will be prompted to your party by the auto attendant.
If you are a longtime caller of The Guild and you are accustomed to dialing specific extensions, you will now need to add an additional digit to the beginning of the extension.
- If the extension is at the Baltimore Campus, you will need to add a "1" to the beginning of the extension.
- If you are calling the Prince Georges Campus, you will need to add a "3" to the beginning of the extension.
